Third Base isn’t for everybody. We don’t want consultants that jump on command or count the hours instead of the results. We are not in need of Cesar Millan, our staff is trained in bathroom etiquette. We eat, live and behave properly without rules and regulation. We want individuals that can think for themselves. We are a team, together we have fun

Except from working, we do all sorts of fun team activities. We arrange conferences, seminars, trips, beer-nights, barbecues, disc-golf, dinners, wine-tastings, trivias, sports, gaming-nights, ice-hockey, boule, escape-rooms, christmas party. Or we might just hang out. Together.

Recruitment process

A simple process in a complex matter.

  • First interview

    We'll meet up in a "get-to-know-each-other"-interview. Anything works, video, phone or irl.

  • Code test

    You will conduct a coding test. At this point you're on your own with our online test. When the test is completed, we will get back to you in a jiffy.

  • Second interview

    If we're satisfied with the results of the coding test, a second interview will be held where we discuss the solutions.

  • Decision

    If you're happy with us and vice versa. We will offer you a contract.

A coding test!? Why, you may ask?

Apart from already knowing you're a nice person, we also need to make sure that you have what it takes technically. The test result will give us useful hints about your skills in problem solving, general coding, craftsmanship, algorithms, keeping it simple and stress resistance. Let's say the score is only half of the solution.
